Unified Linc Partner Network

Get first access to facility needs. Before anyone else hears about them.

An invitation only network of healthcare staffing agencies. When a facility brings a staffing need to Unified Linc, we identify partner agencies that align with the need, and those partners get the opportunity first.

Why it exists

Winning facility business is the hardest part of growing.

Facility contracts, MSP relationships, and VMS access take time, research, applications, and constant follow up. For a small agency, those opportunities can take years to build.

The Partner Network gives vetted agencies a head start. When facility needs come to Unified Linc, they go to our partners first.

"I don't have enough clients." It is one of the two problems that keep small staffing agencies small. The Partner Network is built to help solve it.

What partners get

Opportunities you would not find on your own.

First look

Partner agencies hear about new facility needs before any agency outside the network.

Matched to fit

Opportunities go to partners whose specialties, coverage, and capacity align with the need. Once matched, that facility relationship is yours.

A vetted group

Membership is limited, so partners are not competing with every agency in the market.

Operator backing

Run by people who built and scaled a healthcare staffing agency's operations from the ground up.

FAQ

Partner Network questions

Who can apply?

Healthcare staffing agencies that can reliably fill facility needs in their specialties and coverage areas. Membership is limited, and every application is reviewed personally.

How are partners matched to a need?

We look at each partner's specialties, coverage, and capacity, and offer the opportunity first to the partners that align with the need. How placements are serviced is set out in the Partner Network Agreement.

What happens if partners cannot fill a need?

Facility needs go to partner agencies first. A need is offered outside the network only if partner agencies cannot fill it.

Is the facility relationship exclusive?

Yes. When a facility need is matched to your agency, your agency holds that facility relationship exclusively, as set out in the Partner Network Agreement.

Is there a cost to join?

No. There is no membership or application fee. The Partner Network is a revenue share partnership: Unified Linc earns a share of revenue from the facilities we introduce to your agency, for a set period. Fees apply only to those introduced facilities. Full terms are shared with approved agencies before they join.

Do we stay the employer of record?

Yes. Your agency contracts directly with the facility, employs the clinicians, and handles pay, credentialing, insurance, and compliance. Unified Linc makes the introduction and helps facilitate the relationship.

Do we have to use your back office services?

No. The Partner Network is separate from our back office and talent services, though they are designed to work well together as your agency grows.
