The real bottleneck

Two problems keep small staffing agencies small.

Most staffing owners are fighting on two fronts at once. Unified Linc helps with both.

"I need more clients."

Facility contracts, MSP relationships, VMS access, applications, and follow up take time you do not have.

"I can't support more clients."

Every placement adds payroll, billing, onboarding, benefits, reconciliation, and compliance work.

FAQ

Healthcare staffing questions

Which option is right for my agency?

If you want the work off your plate, start with our back office services. If you want your own team, our talent and training services help you hire and prepare them. If you need more facility business, apply to the Partner Network. A discovery call is the fastest way to find the right fit.

Can we combine services?

Yes. Agencies can use our back office services, hire or train through Talent and Training, and apply to the Partner Network in any combination.

Do we stay the employer of record?

Yes. With our back office services, your agency remains the employer of record and keeps its own payroll provider, benefit plans, and insurance.

Do you help healthcare facilities find staff?

Yes. Through our Facility Staffing Network, facilities tell us about their staffing needs and we connect them with a vetted partner agency that staffs those roles in their state. We help facilitate the relationship, the agency staffs the needs, and bill rates are agreed upon by all parties. Joining is free for facilities. See the Facility Staffing Network.

What size agencies do you work with?

We work with healthcare staffing agencies of all sizes, from new agencies placing their first clinicians to established agencies with large workforces. Our team has experience supporting significantly larger workforces, and we scale payroll, billing, HR, benefits, and other back office functions as your agency grows.

Keep recruiting. Let us run the rest.

Book a discovery call and we will walk through where your agency stands today and which option fits.

Unified Linc provides outsourced administrative, operational, recruiting, and training services. Unified Linc is not a professional employer organization (PEO), employer of record, or staffing agency. Client agencies remain responsible for their own employment, tax, benefits, and regulatory decisions.
