Unified Linc exists for businesses and for the people who work for them, and we take both seriously.
For businesses, we run the back office for healthcare staffing agencies and construction companies, and provide hands-on HR, accounting, operations, and CRM support for other small businesses. We clean up the chaos, build real structure, and give owners the foundation they need to grow with confidence.
For healthcare facilities, we act as a liaison. Facilities tell us about their staffing needs, we connect them with a vetted partner agency and help facilitate the relationship, and the agency staffs the needs. Learn about the Facility Staffing Network.

Nicole is an HR and Recruiting professional with years of experience building people processes, managing talent acquisition, and connecting professionals with the right opportunities. At Unified Linc, Nicole leads HR & People services, bringing a hands-on, relationship-first approach to every business and professional she works with.
Chris Phillips
Chris is a financial operations expert with over 25 years of experience helping growing businesses get their numbers under control. At Unified Linc, Chris leads Accounting services, bringing over two decades of hands-on financial expertise to every business she works with.
Lindsey Meske
Lindsey has run Meske, LLC, a business systems and data consulting firm, since 2008. She spent more than nine years building a healthcare staffing agency's payroll, billing, credentialing, benefits and recruiting departments from scratch, helped it grow to about $22M in annual revenue, and led its Joint Commission certification. At Unified Linc, Lindsey leads Operations and CRM & Systems and runs the Partner and Facility Staffing Networks.
