Every engagement starts with a discovery session, by phone, Zoom, or in person. We listen first. We ask the right questions, review what you have, and get a clear picture of where things stand and where they need to go.
Step 2: Your Personal Plan
We don't hand you a generic template. We build a plan around your specific situation: your team, your processes, your systems, and your goals. Some clients need us on-site. Some need remote support. Some need a mix of both.
Step 3: We Get to Work
We jump in and get it done. We can be on-site to run onboarding, manage HR and accounting remotely, coach your team through Zoom, or build your systems from the ground up. Whatever the plan calls for, we show up and deliver.
We don't just advise. We do.
A lot of consultants will tell you what to fix and leave you to figure out how. That's not us. We get into the work with you: managing HR processes off-site, showing up on-site for onboarding, coaching your team through Zoom, building your systems and then training your people to use them.
