Unified Linc Facility Staffing Network

Hard to fill and small staffing needs, matched to the right agency. Perm, PRN, per diem and travel, with or without an MSP.

For rural hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, imaging centers, rehabilitation, behavioral health, long term care and home health providers with a few open roles, not a full staffing program. Tell us what you need, and we bring it to a vetted network of healthcare staffing agencies matched to your specialty and location. No minimum volume. Keep your existing staffing relationships.

For facilities, at a glance

  • Free to join, no fees to be part of the network
  • No volume minimums, with or without an MSP or VMS
  • Rates set per need, agreed before anyone starts
  • One point of contact instead of calling agency after agency
  • Strongest in imaging and respiratory, other roles reviewed case by case

Why it exists

Your needs may be small. They still matter.

MSP and VMS programs make sense for facilities with steady, high volume staffing spend. If you need one CT tech for 13 weeks, PRN coverage for a few weekends, or a single permanent hire, a full managed program is often more than you need.

At the same time, a request for two clinicians can be hard to get prioritized next to facilities that need forty. The Facility Staffing Network gives you one place to send a need and a vetted group of agencies that want this kind of work, matched to your specialty and location.

"A facility called needing two sterile processing tech travelers to start in two to three weeks. A partner agency in our network delivered five viable candidates in 7 days." A real need, matched and filled through the network.

Already using an MSP or VMS?

You may still have staffing gaps. We help with those.

MSP and VMS programs can work well for managing large contract staffing programs. Unified Linc serves a different purpose: we connect you with recruiting partners for the needs that fall outside your current program or need extra attention.

We are not here to replace a program that is working. We help with the needs that stay open, within your existing contract requirements.

Needs facilities often bring us

  • Permanent placements your program does not cover
  • Rural locations that sit open for months
  • Specialty roles that need focused recruiting
  • One or two openings that get lost behind bigger orders

Have an MSP or VMS agreement? Check it for exclusivity terms before sending a need. We are happy to talk it through with you.

What you can bring us

Every kind of need, even the small ones.

Travel and local contract

8 to 26 week assignments to cover vacancies, leaves, census spikes and new service lines.

Per diem and PRN

Shift by shift coverage for weekends, holidays, call outs and the gaps your core team cannot absorb.

Permanent placement

Direct hire recruiting for the roles you want filled for good, from staff clinicians to department leads.

Hard to fill roles

Niche specialties and rural locations that sit open for months, worked by agencies that know that market.

Focus states: Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Missouri, Illinois and North Carolina. Other roles and locations are reviewed case by case. Availability depends on each partner agency's verified coverage and capacity, and we will tell you up front if a need is outside what our partners can support.

Expanding services?

Build the workforce before the roles become urgent.

Expanding a healthcare service does not have to mean building a large staffing program. New funding, a new location or a new service line creates more ways to serve patients, and new roles to fill.

Tell us about the positions you expect to open, and we line up partner agencies ready to recruit for them, from permanent hires to coverage while the new service ramps up. You keep your existing staffing relationships, subject to your current vendor agreements.

Facilities come to us when they are

  • Opening a rural clinic or satellite location
  • Adding or growing imaging or respiratory services
  • Hiring permanent staff for roles that keep turning over
  • Needing temporary coverage while a new program gets started

How it works

From your first call to a clinician on the floor.

Who it is for

Built for facilities that need flexibility, not a program.

You do not have to leave the vendors you already use. Send us the needs your current program or agencies cannot cover.

A strong fit

  • A handful of open needs rather than dozens
  • No MSP or VMS, or needs your current program cannot fill
  • A mix of perm, PRN, per diem and travel needs
  • Rural, specialty or hard to fill roles
  • Leaders who want one contact instead of ten agency reps

What we ask when you join

  • Facility name, type and location
  • Disciplines and units you staff
  • The need types you expect to have
  • How you staff today and any vendor agreements in place
  • Who approves candidates and agreements

The form takes about two minutes. Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. Questions? Email info@unifiedlinc.com.

Why Unified Linc

Run by people who built a healthcare staffing agency from the inside.

Our team built a healthcare staffing agency's payroll, billing, credentialing, benefits and recruiting from scratch, led its Joint Commission certification, and has worked inside every major VMS. We know what a good agency partner looks like, and we only bring your needs to agencies that meet that bar.

How partner agencies are vetted

  • Clear specialties and states they can realistically staff
  • Insurance and compliance in place
  • Fast, reliable candidate submissions
  • A plan for when a clinician falls through before a start
  • Reviewed personally before joining the network

FAQ

Facility questions

Is there a cost to join?

No. Joining the network is free. Rates are negotiated for each need and agreed before any clinician starts.

Do we have to commit to a minimum number of needs?

No. There are no volume minimums and no long term commitment. Send a need when you have one.

We already use an MSP or VMS. Can we still join?

Yes. Many facilities use the network for needs their current program cannot fill. Check your existing vendor agreements for any exclusivity terms before sending a need.

Who do we contract with?

You contract directly with the partner agency that fills the need. The agency employs the clinician and handles pay, credentialing, insurance and compliance under its agreement with your facility. Unified Linc makes the connection; it does not manage your vendors or replace an MSP.

What disciplines and locations do you cover?

Our partner agencies are strongest in imaging (X-ray, CT, cath lab and IR techs) and respiratory therapy, in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Missouri, Illinois and North Carolina. Other roles and states are reviewed case by case, based on each agency's verified coverage and capacity. If we cannot support a need, we tell you right away.

What if no partner agency can fill a need?

We tell you directly, so you are never left waiting on a role that is not being worked.

Have an open role right now?

Join free and send us your first need. Perm, PRN, per diem or travel, one role is enough to start.

Unified Linc connects healthcare facilities with independent partner staffing agencies. Placements are made and serviced by the partner agency under its agreement with the facility. Rates and terms are agreed for each need. Unified Linc does not guarantee candidate availability or fill times.
